  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スポット状の光ビームを発生する光ビーム発生手段と、 該光ビームの測定対象面による反射光を受け、その感光
    位置に比例した光電流を発生する基本位置検出素子と、 該基本位置検出素子の出力信号から、測定対象面の光ビ
    ーム方向の変位を求める変位検出回路とを有する光学式
    表面変位検出装置において、前記測定対象面と基本位置
    検出素子の間の光路中に、光ビーム方向に挿入されたハ
    ーフミラーと、 該ハーフミラーによって反射された、前記光ビームの測
    定対象面による反射光を受け、前記基本位置検出素子と
    逆特性の光電流を発生する補助位置検出素子と、 該補助位置検出素子の出力信号により前記基本位置検出
    素子の出力信号を補正して、測定対象面の傾きによる誤
    差を解消するための補正回路と、を設けたことを特徴と
    する光学式表面変位検出装置。
