Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内周面に陰電極を有し外周面に陽電極を有する
    管状の酸素イオン透過性固体電解質の一開孔端に
    多孔質セラミツク溶射層をガス拡散律速層として
    形成し且つ他の開孔端に閉塞具を装着してなるセ
    ンサ素子を備え、更に該センサ素子の上記陰電極
    又は上記陽電極のうちの少なくとも一つの電極面
    上にヒータ等の加熱具を該電極面と該加熱具との
    間に空間を存在させて配置したことを特徴とする
    限界電流式酸素濃度検出器。
