Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 移動部材に取り付けられる装置本体と、そ
    の装置本体に保持されるとともに先端面に空気吸
    引口を備えて負圧により電子部品を吸着する吸着
    具と、その吸着具の中心線にほぼ直角な方向に移
    動可能に前記装置本体に取り付けられ、前記吸着
    具に吸着された電子部品を両側から挟んで位置決
    めする少なくとも一対の位置決め爪と、前記装置
    本体に対して相対移動可能に設けられ、前記位置
    決め爪を開閉させる爪駆動部材とを含み、電子部
    品を保持してその電子部品を前記移動部材の移動
    に伴つて搬送する電子部品保持装置において、 前記装置本体を前記移動部材に常時固定される
    固定部と、前記吸着具および位置決め爪を保持し
    、前記固定部材に対して脱着される脱着部とに分
    割するとともに、１個の固定部に対して前記位置
    決め爪の互いに寸法の異なるものを保持した複数
    個の脱着部を準備し、かつ、それら固定部と脱着
    部との間に両者を予め定められた相対位置に位置
    決めする位置決め手段と、位置決めされた脱着部
    を固定部に固定する固定手段とを設けたことを特
    徴とする電子部品保持装置。 (2) 前記位置決め爪が弾性部材によつて常時開
    方向と閉方向のいずれか一方に付勢されたもので
    あり、かつ前記爪駆動部材がその位置決め爪に当
    接により係合して前記弾性部材の付勢力に抗して
    位置決め爪を作動させるものである実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の電子部品保持装置。
