Claims (1)
- 圧縮機、四方弁、熱源側水熱交換器、減圧装置
、利用側水熱交換器を順次連結してなるチリング
ユニツトの上記熱源側水熱交換器に水供給系を接
続する一方、上記利用側水熱交換器にフアンコイ
ルユニツトおよび貯湯槽を接続してなる冷暖給湯
装置において、上記水供給系の出口側配管の上流
側と上記フアンコイルユニツトの入口側とをバイ
パスする第１の分岐配管および、上記水供給系の
出口側配管の下流側と上記フアンコイルユニツト
の出口側とをバイパスする第２の分岐配管を設け
る一方、第１の分岐配管を介して熱源側水熱交換
器の出口側とフアンコイルユニツトの入口側、第
２の分岐配管を介してフアンコイルユニツトの出
口側と出口配管の下流側を連通させる流路切換手
段を設けたことを特徴とする冷暖給湯装置。
