Claims (1)
- 恒温槽等に設けられた加熱用ヒータにより暖め
られた空気温度を検出する温度センサと、この温
度センサから温度信号を入力すると共に、前記加
熱用ヒータの電力供給回路へ予じめ設定された周
期毎にハイレベルとローレベルとからなる通電信
号を出力する通電制御回路とを備えたヒータ制御
装置において、前記通電制御回路が出力した通電
信号の反転信号をカウンタ回路のリセツト端子は
入力し、この反転信号がローレベルになり少なく
とも前記周期よりも長い時間継続したときには、
前記カウンタ回路はカウントアツプして、前記電
力供給回路へオフ信号を出力してなるヒータ制御
装置の保護装置。
