出力する撮像手段と、 前記撮像手段からの撮像信号を2値化する2値化手段と
、 前記2値化手段から出力される前記マークに係る画素信
号の個数を主走査方向と副走査方向のそれぞれについて
カウントするアツプダウンカウンタと、 主走査方向と副走査方向それぞれの基準対称線の位置で
前記アツプダ]ウンカウンタのアップ・ダウンを切換え
制御するアップ・ダウン切換手段とを備え、前記アツプ
ダウンカウンタのそれぞれの積算値に基づいてずれ量を
求めるようにしたことを特徴とするプリント配線板の位
