図において、１はコンダクタロール、２はスト
リツプ、３は電極、４はノズル、５はヘツダ、６
はメツキ液循環配管、７はメツキ液循環ポンプ、
８はメツキ液、９はメツキタンク、１０はエツジ
マスク、１１はシンクロール、１２は斜板エツジ
マスクである。
