Claims (1)
- ２系統の循環流路と、同流路内に流体を循環さ
せるポンプと、上記流路の一方に装備された流体
温度調整装置と、弁を介して上記温度調整装置の
装備された流路に連通され他端を他方の流路内流
れ方向に向けて配置された噴出管と、上記他方の
流路の壁であつて上記噴出管他端開口近傍に設け
られた基準温度計および供試温度計の保持装置と
を有することを特徴とする温度計校正装置。
