Claims (1)
- 調理庫１内底部にスチーム発生装置３を有し、
前面にはガラス等の透視体９を配する開閉扉８を
有する蒸し器において、調理庫１の底面２を前傾
して構成すると共に、該開閉扉８下部に集水用の
受皿１０を設け、該受皿１０と、スチーム発生装
置３との間を該透視体９の結露水をリターンさせ
るようにパイプ６で接続して構成した事を特徴と
する蒸し器。
