Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 く技術分野〉 本発明はスクリーン印刷法等によるパターニング処理が
可能なハードコート樹脂を用いた透明タッチパネルに関
する。
〈従来技術〉 従来の透明タッチパネルは透明基板に透明導電膜をコー
ティングしたフェースプレートを使用しており、指で直
接触れる為、指紋等の汚れが付着しやすく、また布拭き
等による清掃に対して摩耗しやすい欠点があった。
く目的〉 本発明は上記従来技術の欠点を解消し、耐摩耗性を向上
させると共に、タッチした点の座標計算をしやすくする
透明タッチパネルの提供を目的とする。
く構成〉 本発明は透明基板上に全面コーティングされた透明導電
膜に対してその上にバー；−コート樹脂をパターニング
処理してコーティングし、ハードコート樹脂の各ドツト
に相当する位置に１個以上のスルーホールを設けたこと
を特徴とする透明タッチパネルである。
〈実施例〉 第１図は本発明の実施例を示す透明タッチパネルの正面
図で、第２図はその断面図である。
ガラスやアクリル樹脂等の透明基板３に透明導電膜２を
全面コーティングし、その上にハードコート樹脂１を、
例えばスクリーン印刷法でパターニング処理してコーテ
ィングして加熱硬化又はＵＶ照射により硬化させる。前
記ハードコート樹脂１のバターニングにより、例えば１
００Ｘ１００のマトリックスに相当する分解能の連続容
量方式において、各ドツトに相当する位置に１ｆｆｌ上
のスルーホール４を設けている。
なお、ハードコート樹脂を選択することにより表面が凹
凸となるアンチグレア処理も同時に行なう事も可能であ
る。
く効果〉 本発明は以上の構成よりなり、透明導電膜の上にハード
コート樹脂を被覆しているので、透明導電膜が保護され
、従来問題となっていた透明導電膜の摩耗や品質の低下
が防止できる。またスルーホールを設けて指で触れる部
分の面積を一定になる様にしているので、容量の変化が
非連続となって座標計算がしやすくなり、入力座標性能
のあいまいさをなくすことができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 透明基板上に全面コーティングされた透明導電膜に対し
    てその上にハードコート樹脂をパターニング処理してコ
    ーティングし、ハードコート樹脂の各ドットに相当する
    位置に１個以上のスルーホールを設けたことを特徴とす
    る透明タッチパネル。
