ポツト位置に対して進退摺動させる進退駆動機構
とを備えた金型装置において、上記プランジヤー
ホルダーの進退摺動側面部と、上記ホルダーの摺
動時に該ホルダーに対して非摺動関係にある上記
摺動側面部との対応向外側方位置に、該プランジ
ヤーホルダーの進退摺動をガイドするガイド部材
を配置構成したことを特徴とする半導体素子の樹
