- 回転多面鏡の鏡面の周囲を覆う筒状の側板と、
この側板の上下を閉じる部材とからなり、内部に
前記回転多面鏡とその駆動モータを収納する回転
多面鏡の防塵カバーにおいて、前記側板の一部に
ビーム入射および出射用の開口が設けられるとと
もに該開口内に、前記側板の内周面と同曲率で該
内周面面と共通の円周上に位置する内面を有する
光透過部材が嵌着されていることを特徴とする回
転多面鏡の防塵カバー。
