Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 細長い密封バルブ内に希ガスを封入すると
ともに、このバルブ内の一端に電極を設け、この
バルブの管壁に管軸方向に沿つて上記電極と対向
電位をなす他の電極を配設し、これら両電極を電
圧制御手段に接続し、この電圧制御手段により上
記両電極間に付与する電圧を制御して両電極間の
グロー放電長さを変えることにより発光長を変え
られるようにしたことを特徴とする冷陰極放電管
。 (2) 上記冷陰極放電管は高周波電圧により点灯
されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の冷陰極放電管。
