Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 対向する夫々の面に伝達される異なる被測
    定圧力の差に応じて変位し、その差圧を電気信号
    に変換する感圧素子と、この感圧素子の対向面へ
    夫々の被測定圧力を伝達する独立した導圧路及び
    この夫々の導圧路に連通し対向して形成され夫々
    開放された開口を有する圧力室とを形成した本体
    ケーシングと、この本体ケーシングの一方の圧力
    室、一方の導圧路および前記感圧素子の一方の面
    間に圧力伝達媒体を封入するためにその圧力室の
    開口を閉塞するように設けられた一方の受圧ダイ
    アフラムと、前記本体ケーシングの他方の圧力室
    に連通する圧力伝達路を有する受圧フランジと、
    この受圧フランジにその圧力伝達路に連続した開
    口部を閉塞するように取着された他方の受圧ダイ
    アフラムと、このダイアフラム、圧力伝達路、他
    方の圧力室、他方の導圧路及び感圧素子の他方の
    面間に圧力伝達媒体を封入するために、その圧力
    室の開口に取着された媒体封入カバーと、この封
    入カバー及び前記一方の受圧ダイアフラムの夫々
    の外側に前記本体ケーシングに取外し可能に取着
    され、その一方は一方の受圧ダイアフラムへ一方
    の被測定圧力を伝達するための受圧口部が形成さ
    れた１対のフランジと、前記受圧フランジに取外
    し可能に取着された取付用フランジとを具備した
    ことを特徴とする液位伝送器。 (2) 夫々の被測定圧力を伝達する圧力伝達媒体
    の封入量がほぼ同一であり、また夫々の被測定圧
    力を受ける受圧ダイアフラムが同一であることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    液位伝送器。 (3) 受圧フランジが本体ケーシングと一体に形
    成されたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の液位伝送器。
