Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基台から派出するロツドの先端部に取付られて
いるバイトを、溶接鋼管のビード部にのぞませ、
該鋼管の移送下にビードの余肉を切削する溶接鋼
管のビード切削装置において、 ビードの位置を検出する非接触型センサーが溶
接鋼管の外側面の近傍に位置して設けられている
とともに、バイト取付けロツドが、その軸心を中
心に回転可能なように基台に取付けられており、
該センサーからのビード位置検出信号によりバイ
ト取付けロツドを回転させてビード部に対するバ
イトのセンタリングを行わしめるようにしたこと
を特徴とする溶接鋼管のビード切削装置。
