Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、ビデオカラーカメラバイアスライト装置に関
するものである。
従来例の構成とその問題点 従来のビデオカラーカメラバイアスライト装置を第１図
に示す。第１図において、１はバイアスライトＬＥＤ、
２はバイアスライトホルダー、３はソケットであり、バ
イアスライトＬＥＤ１は、穴２ａに嵌合されてバイアス
ライトホルダー２に取りつけられており、この一体とな
ったものにソケット３が挿入され、ビデオカラーカメラ
撮像管後部を構成している。
しかしながら、上記従来の構成では部品点数が多く、そ
のため、各部品間に−の寸法のバラツキ、ＬＥＤの取り
つけ時のバラツキ、等がありビデオカラーカメラ撮像管
後面４に、バイアスライト照射部分が一定にならず、バ
イアスライトＬＥＤの照射量が不安定であシビデオカラ
ーカメラの性能にも大きく影響するという欠点を有して
いた。
発明の目的 本発明は、上記従来の欠点を除去し、バイアスライトＬ
ＥＤの照射量を安定化させたビデオカラーカメラ用バイ
アスライト装置を提供することを目的とする。
発明の構成 本発明はビデオカラーカメラ撮像管用バイアスライトホ
ルダーとＬＥＤを′透明材料で一体成型し、この一体化
された成型品をソケットに挿入し使用するようにしたも
ので、部品点数を削減させ、又バイアスライトホルダー
にＬＥＤの取りつけ時のバラツキ等をなくし、組立工数
の削減を行い、ビデオカラーカメラ撮像管後面にＬＥＤ
の照射量が一定となるようにしたものである。
実施例の説明 以下本発明の一実施例について図面を参照して説明する
。第２図において、６はビデオカラーカメラ撮像管、６
はソケット、７はバイアスライトホルダーとＬＥＤ８が
透明材料で一体化され成型品となったものである。バイ
アスライトホルダーとＬＥＤａが一体化になった成型品
７の開孔７ａにソケット６を、挿入し使用するようにな
っている。この時、バイアスライトホルダーとＬＥＤと
が一体化された成型品７のＬＥＤｓの光は矢印Ａのよう
にビデオカラーカメラ撮像管６の後面に照射するように
なっている。
発明の効果 以上のように本発明はバイアスライトホルダーＩ　　　
　　　中にＬＥＤを透明材料で一体化し成型品としてい
るので、部品点数を少なりシ、部品間のバラツキの低減
及び、バイアスライトホルダーへＬＥＤ取りつけのバラ
ツキと工数削減等により、ビデオカラーカメラ撮像管後
面にＬＥＤの照射部分が一定となり、安定したＬＥＤの
照射量を提供するものであり、又作業の省力化が計られ
、コストを安価にでき、ビデオカラーカメラの性能向上
も計られる０

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. バイアスライトホルダーと、ＬＥＤを透明材料で一体成
    型し、この一体成型された成型品を、ビデオカラーカメ
    ラ撮像管のソケットに取りつけたビデオカラーカメラバ
    イアスライト装置。
