  1. プリント基板のパターン面を検査装置の検査ピ
    ンに圧接してプリント基板の回路における誤配線
    や短絡を検査する検査装置において、前記プリン
    ト基板あるいは検査ピンが植立されたピン基板の
    何れかをエアバツクへのエア供給により移動させ
    、プリント基板のパターン面と検査ピンの接触を
    行わせるようにしたことを特徴とする加圧部材を
    有する検査装置。
