- 低電圧部と、低電圧部より高電位側にある加速
電位部と、加速電位部より更に高電位側にあるイ
オン源電位部とを有するイオン注入装置用の絶縁
変圧器において、低電圧部から電力が供給される
１次巻線と、加速電位部の機器に電力を供給する
２次巻線と、イオン源電位部の機器に電力を供給
する３次巻線とを備えることを特徴とするイオン
注入装置用絶縁変圧器。
