る筒体と、この筒体の内部に収容されて前記流体
の温度を測定する測温素子と、前記流体の管路に
取付けられ前記筒体が固定される熱絶縁性パイプ
とを備え、前記測温素子のリード線を前記熱絶縁
性パイプ部材の内部を通して前記流体の管路の外
に導出するようにしたことを特徴とするカルマン
