  1. 集合住宅内の個々の住戸に設けられた当該住戸
    内の異常を検知する異常検知器と、この異常検知
    器が作動したとき当該住戸の警報器および集中管
    理空の警報器を共に鳴動させる制御装置とを備え
    た集合住宅用警報装置において、住戸側に設けら
    れている警報音停止ボタンを押したときそれを応
    動して集中管理室の警報器の鳴動を停止させる回
    路手段を設けたことを特徴とする集合住宅用警報
    装置。
