Claims (1)
- 加熱庫内に着脱可能なヒーターを備えたものに
おいて、加熱庫１外に取付けた高周波電波漏洩防
止用の金属庫２と、この金属庫２と空間２４を隔
ててヒーター７２の端子１０を接続する接続用端
子３を夫々支持する上碍子４１及び前記空間２４
の対応部位に傾斜部２０を有して前記金属庫２に
当接する下碍子４２と、これら上、下両碍子４１
，４２を固定するとともに前記空間２４と傾斜部
２０の対応部位に夫々切欠穴６１，６２を設けて
前記金属庫２に固定した金属枠５とからなる高周
波加熱装置。
