Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) リニアモータの作動部にテーブル支持軸を
結合し、上記支持軸に直接案内用外筒をはめ、そ
の外筒とリニアモータのケーシングを一体化し、
かつ上記外筒とケーシングのいずれかに支持軸の
軸芯まわりのトルクを付与するトルク伝達手段を
設けてなる位置決め装置。 (2) 上記リニアモータを、磁気回路とその回路
中の環状ギヤツプに挿入したムービングコイルに
より構成してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
に記載の位置決め装置。 (3) 上記支持軸とその直線案内用外筒の間に静
圧軸受を形成してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項に記載の位置決め装置。 (4) 上記リニアモータを支持軸下面に設けた凹
所に装着してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
に記載の位置決め装置。
