対のガラス基板間に発光層と誘電体層とが介在せ
しめられてこれらの周囲を防湿性樹脂で封止して
成るＥＬ素子において、上記透明電極と上記発光
層との間にクツシヨン層を介在せしめたことを特
徴とするＥＬ素子。 (2) 前記クツシヨン層は前記発光層を塗布する
際に用いられる溶剤に対して少なくとも難溶性を
有することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
