第３図はブレードの成型前の状態を、第４図は成
型後の状態を示す斜視図、第５図は本考案のブレ
ードを用いた回転式密閉型圧縮機の例を示す図、
第６図は第５図における要部の断面図、第７図は
回転式密閉型圧縮機を示す断面図、第８図は従来
の密閉型圧縮機を組み込んで冷凍サイクルを示す
図である。 図中、８はシリンダ室、１２はローラ、２２は
ブレード、２３はアルミナ焼結繊維、２４はアル
ミニウム母材である。

Claims (1)
- シリンダ室内を転動するローラと当接してシリ
ンダ室内を吸込側と圧縮側とに仕切るブレードを
備えた回転式密閉型圧縮機において、アルミニウ
ムのマトリツクス中に直径５〜２０μのアルミナ
焼結繊維を分散させてブレードを成型したことを
特徴とする回転式密閉型圧縮機。
