Recently, the demand for sheets with excellent heat insulation, sound insulation, and impact resistance has increased. In other words, this type of sheet is used for interior materials of general buildings, vehicles, ships, etc., furniture, fittings, and other miscellaneous goods, and porous synthetic resin is suitable for these purposes. Although there are sheets, they have poor printability and are difficult to print with a consistent pattern. Conventionally, decorative materials such as those with wood grain patterns have been embossed on the surface of the decorative material in order to express a natural texture, or patterns have been applied to the surface of glossy synthetic resin sheets mixed with aluminum powder or pearl powder. There are printed ones and ones with a pattern-printed transparent film pasted on as a surface layer, but both have a poor texture.
It had no depth.

Furthermore, various types of porous synthetic resin sheets are used, such as polystyrene and polyurethane, but most have low surface activity and are porous.
It lacks adhesion suitability to other substrate surfaces such as plywood and inorganic boards, and has the disadvantage that adhesion cannot be achieved without using a large amount of a special adhesive.

3 is a printed pattern layer, and the ink or paint used for printing needs to be transparent, and such ink and paint compositions are made by adding a transparent or nearly transparent coloring agent to the vehicle to make the whole transparent. It is made by adding known additives to the extent that they will not be lost, and thoroughly kneading them with a solvent and diluent.

For the above-mentioned bonding, dry laminating adhesives such as rubber-based, acrylic-based thermoplastic resins, thermosetting acrylic, epoxy, and urethane-based thermosetting resins, rubber emulsions, and vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsions are used. Any material that can be transparently bonded, such as epoxy emulsion-based wet laminate, etc., can be used, and in some cases, thermal bonding can also be used without using an adhesive.

6 is a base material having a full-surface colored layer 6a on the inner surface, 15
~120g/ m2 paper, nonwoven fabric, or thickness 10~
A known synthetic resin film of about 200 μm is used. The base material 6 does not need to be transparent, but if you want to take advantage of the characteristics of the base surface to which the composite decorative sheet is attached, for example, when you want the grain of natural wood to be visible, the base material 6 may be transparent. Resin-impregnated paper, non-woven fabric to provide transparency, or transparent film.

The entire colored layer 6a does not necessarily have to be transparent either, but the ink or coating composition constituting this layer may have the same transparency as the printed pattern layer 3, and the pattern is blurred in the phase pattern. It may be a block, a part of an abstract pattern, or any other arbitrary full-scale shading printed pattern.

Since the composite decorative sheet of the present invention is constructed as described above, it has heat insulation, sound insulation, and impact resistance, as well as a sturdy and beautiful pattern, and has a complex structure due to the air bubbles in the transparent porous synthetic resin sheet. Due to the diffused reflection, the transparent printed pattern layer on the upper layer creates a deep luster and a three-dimensional effect that stands out from the entire colored layer on the lower layer. The purpose is to improve the practical effects of this type of decorative sheet, such as by hiding variations in the composition and improving the adhesion suitability to the substrate surface.
