- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 磁界の変化によつて被検出物体の相対位置
の変化を検出する検出機構を備える磁界センサで
あつて、 前記検出機構が正常に動作するか否かについて
自己診断するため該検出機構に磁界の変化を与え
る磁界発生手段を有することを特徴とする、磁界
センサ。 (2) 前記磁界発生手段が電磁石であることを特
徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
磁界センサ。 (3) 前記磁界発生手段によつて検出機構に与え
られる磁界の変化が磁界を弱めるものであること
を特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ま
たは第２項記載の磁界センサ。
