Claims (1)
- 誘電体磁器に複数の貫通孔を設け、貫通孔を開
口させた一方の面に開放端面を形成するように、
貫通孔の内周面および外面にメタライズを施して
導電膜を形成し、前記開放端面において、貫通孔
間を分断し前記外面の導電膜に導通するように、
導電膜を形成したことを特徴とする誘電体共振器
。
