Abstract

The equipment supports the shuttering when pouring concrete on profiled dam planks as used in waterworks, e.g. a reinforced quay wall. The concrete is supported by one or more components rigidly clamped in position at the sides inside the recesses of the planks, and in the lengthwise direction of the dam wall. There can be a single such component, extending horizontally, and the clamping devices can be adjustable, being actuated mechanically, pneumatically, hydraulically or electro-magnetically, with remote control.

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、湿潤セメントを用いて、水道設備

パイル板の上部に梁を形成するに際し、注ぎ込ま
れたコンクリートを受けて成形する囲い型を支持
する装置に関する。 一般に、形どつたパイル板群の上部(別言すれ
ば、該パイル板群の壁の両面の上部)に設けられ
る梁は、該パイル板の有する形状断面の両側面
(別言すれば、きり立つ翼部)からなる凹部に挿
入される囲い型を用いて形成される。木製もしく
は金属製のいずれかであろうとも、それらの囲い
型に対して支持する部材は、パイル板の有する
形状断面の両側面の間に挿入されなければならな
い。 従来のかかる囲い型を支持する部材を含む構造
物の具体的な構成を、添付された本発明の同面
[第1図乃至第3図。ただし、本発明の特徴部分
である押着手段を含む支持部材(第1図中、斜線
で示される部分である)は除く]を参考にして説
明する。 従来の装置であつて、本発明の支持部材に相
当する部分は、各ノツチを構成する形どつたパイ
の各凹部の所定位置に、1つ又はそれ以上の
コンクリート用鉄材(アングル材)を溶接して実
現されている。本明細書中、“ノツチ”とは、形
どつたパイルの内側空間を意味する。アングル
材の上には部材及びが置かれ、部材及び
はコンクリート梁を形成する囲い型の床部材に
供される。これらの部材及びは、例えば第3
図(平面図)に示される形状を有し、木製もしく
は金属製のいずれかであつてもよく、梁が囲い

は他の部材の形状に適合されて溶接される必要が
ある。さらにまた、かかる技術に従つて作業を進
める場合には、木製の囲い型の要部が、コンクリ
ートの固化後、完成した梁から除去される際に、
破壊されてしまうことが非常に多い。 したがつて、今日までに知られている通常の技
術は、労賃を勘案するに高価につき、不経済であ
り、原材料を無駄にしている。 本発明の目的は、上記した不都合の解消にあ
り、上記したタイプの梁を構築するための囲い型
を支持する装置を提供することである。 本発明の装置は、形どつたパイル板の各々が、
ノツチを有する断面を有し、該パイル板上にコン
クリートの梁を形成するための囲い型を支持する
装置であつて、該ノツチ中を横ぎつて封鎖する支
持部材からなり、該支持部材が少なくとも二のス
ピンドルを備え、その内の少なくとも一のスピン
ドルを有している押着手段が調節可能で、かつ、
少なくとも一のスピンドルが支持部材の他端に固
定された押着手段により、水平に押しつけられて
該ノツチ中に取り付けられていることを特徴とす
るものである。 すなわち、本発明の装置は、第1図中、斜線で
示される部分であり、ノツチ中に位置付けられた
支持部材及び該支持部材を該ノツチ中に水平に押
しつける押着手段からなるものである。 添付された図面に基づいて、本発明の要部をさ
らに詳しく説明する。 本発明の装置は、基本的には、いくぶん幅広い
余地を有するの形で示される(第1図及び第2
図)支持部材からなるものである。この支持部
は、形状の横断面を有する形どつたパイル
