付状態の縦断面図、第２図と第３図はその横断面
図についての若干例、第４図はバーナ先端におけ
る噴出孔部分の説明図、第５図は製造設備全体の
関係を示した断面図であつて、バーナについては
従来のものを示している。 然してこれらの図面において、１は原料投入管
、２は燃料導入管たるプロパン吹込管、３，４は
第１、第２の各酸素導入管、１ａ，２ａ，３ａ，
４ａはそれら導入管の各噴出孔、５は冷却水管、
７はバーナ、１０は炉体を示すものである。

Claims (1)
- 炉体頂部に対して設けられ、中心部に原料投入
管を備え、該原料投入管の外側に燃料管および第
１、第２の各酸素導入管を同心状に配設し、これ
らの燃料および第１、第２の各酸素導入管の下端
面にそれぞれ噴出孔を設けたことを特徴とする溶
融石英・シリカ製造設備用バーナ。
