Claims (1)
- ボデイのシリンダ内に挿通されたステムの先端
に配されて該ステムとともに軸方向往復作動しボ
デイの流路内に形成されたバルブシートに離接す
るデイスクと、前記シリンダとの間に気密保持用
のベローズを介装してなるベローズシールバルブ
において、ステムとデイスクを、内周に螺合およ
び嵌合等の結合手段を備える環状のアダプタによ
つて気密的かつ互いに分離可能に結合し、一端が
ベローズホルダを介してシリンダ側に気密的に支
持されるベローズの他端を、前記アダプタに固着
してなることを特徴とするベローズシールバルブ
。
