- エアシリンダケーシングのシリンダ壁側方に位
置してシリンダ中心と平行に概略ピストンストロ
ーク相当の長さにわたつてネジ孔を形成し、この
ネジ孔の略全域に螺合するようにネジ形状を付与
したヒータをシリンダケーシングに螺着したこと
を特徴とするエアシリンダ装置。
