８に、一側から他側へと徐々に厚さが薄く形成さ
れた雄テーパーリング４６を配置し、前記ボス部
２２ａ，２４ａのテーパー環状溝３８に、前記テ
ーパーリング４６をボルト４９によつて圧接締め
付け得るようにしたことを特徴とする板ばねカツ
プリングの軸固定装置。

  1. 一対の互いに対向するフランジ２２，２４を板
    ばね３６によつて連結し、該フランジ２２，２４
    のボス部２２ａ，２４ａに軸２６，２８を固定す
    る装置において、前記ボス部２２ａ，２４ａに、
    その突出端に向けて徐々に幅が減少するようにテ
    ーパー環状溝３８を形成し、該テーパー環状溝３
    ８に、一側から他側へち徐々に厚さを薄く形成し
    て形成され、且つ軸方向に貫通する此ねじ孔４８
    が形成された雄テーパリング４６を配置し、前記
    ボス部２２ａ，２４ａに、前記雄テーパーリング
    ４６の雌ねじ孔４８に対応して前記ボス部２２ａ
    ，２４ａの突出端面に開口するボルト挿入孔４０
    を、前記テーパ環状構３８に連通させて穿設する
    とともに、前記ボス部２２ａ，２４ａに、該ボス
    部２２ａ，２４ａの突出端面に開口するねじ穴４
    ２を前記テーパー環状溝３８に連通させて穿設し
    たことを特徴とする板ばねカツプリングの軸固定
    装置。
