５……脱スケール装置、６……重ね合わせ装置、
７……圧接装置、８……切削機、８ａ……螺旋刃
、１１……螺旋刃回転移動機構。

Claims (1)
- 熱間圧延ラインの粗圧延機と仕上圧延機との間
で、接合装置によつて圧接接合させられる先行圧
延材の後端部の重ね合わせ面と後行圧延材の先端
部の重ね合わせ面とに存在するスケールを除去す
る熱間圧延材の脱スケール装置において、搬送路
を移動してくる前記圧延材の両面側に、それぞれ
、回転自在な螺旋刃を有する切削機を設けると共
に、該各切削機を各々各圧延材の重ね合わせ面に
接触させかつ前記各切削機の螺旋刃を回転させる
螺旋刃回転移動機構を前記各切削機に付設したこ
とを特徴とする熱間圧延材の脱スケール装置。
