【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案に係るバンパスプリングの一実
施例を示す縦断面図（第２図の―断面図）で
あり、第２図はその平面図である。第３図は第１
図のバンパスプリングにおける弾性円筒体を示す
第１図に対応する断面図であり、第４図は同じく
樹脂リングを示す正面断面図である。第５図は第
１図のバンパスプリングが装着された自動車サス
ペンシヨンの一例を概略的に示す説明図である。
第６図は第１図のバンパスプリングのバネ特性を
従来のバンパスプリングのバネ特性と比較して説
明するためのグラフである。 １０：バンパスプリング、１２：シヨツクアブ
ソーバ、１４：シリンダ、１６：ロツド、１８：
サスペンシヨンインシユレータ、２６：弾性円筒
体、２８：樹脂リング（剛性リング）、３０：上
部円筒部、３２：下部円筒部、３４：屈曲部、４
０：環状溝。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 車両サスペンシヨンのサスペンシヨンインシユ
    レータに対するシヨツクアブソーバの取付部に位
    置して、該シヨツクアブソーバのロツドの上端部
    が挿入せしめられ、該シヨツクアブソーバの過大
    な変位の際に該シヨツクアブソーバのシリンダが
    当接せしめられて、かかる変位を弾性的に緩和せ
    しめる、略円筒状のバンパスプリングにして、 前記サスペンシヨンインシユレータ側に位置す
    る、厚肉で受圧面積が大とされたストレート状の
    上部円筒部と、前記シヨツクアブソーバのシリン
    ダ側に位置する、外径が下側に向かうほど小さく
    されて受圧面積が小とされると共に、下端部分が
    蛇腹状に屈曲せしめられた下部円筒部とから成る
    発泡ウレタン製の弾性円筒体を有する一方、該弾
    性円筒体の下部円筒部と上部円筒部との境界部の
    外周面に周方向の環状溝が形成され、そしてその
    環状溝に所定の剛性リングが嵌合、装着せしめら
    れていることを特徴とする車両サスペンシヨン用
    バンパスプリング。
