- 光学的に対象物との距離を測定する装置におい
て、スリツト光を任意の方向に投射する装置と、
対象物への入射光と対象物よりの反射光の光軸を
一致させるためのハーフミラーを設け、焦点調整
装置を有するＴＶカメラと画像認識装置よりなる
、スリツト光による距離測定装置。
