    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アナログ入力信号を整流する整流回路と、この
    整流回路によつて整流された整流信号を一定の割
    合でレベルダウンするレベルダウン回路と、この
    レベルダウン回路からの出力電圧を基準電圧とし
    て前記アナログ入力信号をデジタル信号に変換す
    るコンパレータとを有することを特徴とする信号
    処理装置。
