Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 定着用回転体表面に、回転する塗布用回転
体を介して離型剤を塗布する手段を備え、定着用
回転体によつて記録材上に定着画像を形成する定
着装置において、 上記塗布手段は、上記定着用回転体表面に対し
て上記塗布用回転体を非接触に有し、且つ塗布用
回転体に対して非接触で塗布用回転体に離型剤を
供給する供給用回転体を有していることを特徴と
する定着装置。 (2) 上記供給用回転体は、離型剤を貯える容器
から離型剤を汲み上げる汲み上げローラで、上記
定着用回転体と上記塗布用回転体とのなす間隙に
対して、塗布用回転体に対する間隙を同一かそれ
以上である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
定着装置。 (3) 上記塗布用回転体と上記定着用回転体との
なす近接部は塗布用回転体の最上部より下方で回
転方向下流にあり、上記塗布用回転体と上記供給
用回転体とのなす近接部は供給用回転体の最上部
より下方で回転方向下流にある実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の定着装置。
