Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 屈撓性アームで相互に結合された一対の副アー
    ムを主アームに並列に接続し、該一対の副アーム
    間を、電気信号に基づき副アームの間隔を変化さ
    せる電歪効果素子で連続し、該電歪効果素子の動
    作に伴つて屈撓性アームに生ずる屈曲部を一方向
    に変位させる第１の歪み増幅機構と、前記主アー
    ムに並列に接続された一対のアームの一方に、該
    アームの相対的長さを電気信号に基づいて変化さ
    せる電歪効果素子を設け、該電歪効果素子の動作
    に伴つて前記屈撓性アームの屈曲部を前記一方向
    と直交する方向に移動させる第２の歪み増幅機構
    とを有することを特徴とするアクチユエータ。
