第１図は本考案に係る温度制御装置のブロツク
図、第２図は該装置で利用される循環風量炉内雰
囲気温度関係線図、第３図及び第４図は夫々従来
例のブロツク図である。 １：炉本体、２：ダクト、５：フアン、６：ヒ
ータ、８：ワーク、１０：ヒータ出力制御部、１
３：第１の温度センサ、１４：第２の温度センサ
、１５：モータ、１６：インバータ。
図、第２図は該装置で利用される循環風量炉内雰
囲気温度関係線図、第３図及び第４図は夫々従来
例のブロツク図である。 １：炉本体、２：ダクト、５：フアン、６：ヒ
ータ、８：ワーク、１０：ヒータ出力制御部、１
３：第１の温度センサ、１４：第２の温度センサ
、１５：モータ、１６：インバータ。
Claims (1)
- 樹脂硬化炉に設置された熱風循環ダクト内のヒ
ータを該樹脂硬化炉側での温度検出に基づいて制
御する樹脂硬化炉の温度制御装置において、上記
ダクトから該炉内に吹き出す熱風の吹出温度を検
出する第１の温度センサ及び炉内の零囲気温度を
検出する第２の温度センサが該炉の方に配置され
ており、上記ヒータには上記第１の温度センサか
らの信号を受けて該ヒータの出力を炉内でワーク
の所定の硬化温度が得られる程度のものに規制す
る出力制御部が付設され、上記熱風循環ダクト内
の送風フアンのモータには、上記第２の温度セン
サからの信号を受けて、該炉内の雰囲気温度を上
記硬化温度に規制しうる風量を得るための回転数
で該モータを回転させるインバータが付設されて
いることを特徴とする上記樹脂硬化炉の温度制御
装置。
