A multi-interval timer is being considered in which a plurality of timer times, such as ``30 minutes'' and ``10 minutes'' are set, and a sound is generated each time the ``30 minutes'' and ``10 minutes'' elapse. This multi-interval timer is
For example, it is used in track and field practices where the cycle of practicing for 30 minutes, taking a break for 10 minutes, and so on is repeated several times. However, when used in this way, if you miss the signal, you may have to take a long time to practice or take breaks, or you may not know which cycle of practice you are in. There was a risk that this would interfere with planned practice.

As a result, the output state of the flip-flop 719 is reversed by operating the switch S4 , and a signal of "1" is output from the Q side output terminal, which is applied to the display switching circuit 4 as the display switching control signal Q3 . .
Therefore, in the display switching circuit 4, the AND circuit 40
Since the gate of 2,406 is released, timer time setting value information a1 and cycle number setting value information a3 are supplied to the liquid crystal display section 5 and output for display. In this state, the timer time setting switch S1 is operated to input setting value information. In other words, the switch
Since the operation signal of S1 is given to the counter 702 via the one-shot circuit 701, the counter 70
The contents of 2 are incremented according to the number of times the switch S1 is operated. Each time the counter 702 is incremented, it is displayed as timer time set value information a1 on the liquid crystal display section 5 via the display switching circuit 4, so while looking at this display, select the desired value. You can enter a timer time, for example "15 minutes". By inputting this timer time "15 minutes", the counter 7
02, the numerical value "15" is counted as shown in FIG. 4a. In this state, the contents of each storage area 806 to 810 in the storage unit 8 are as follows.
As shown in Figure 4 a, "0, 0, 0, 0, 0"
, and the content of the counter 705 is "0"
It is becoming. The contents of this counter 705 are decoded by a decoder 706, and a signal of "0" is output from the decoder 706, which is applied to the AND circuit 801 of the storage section 8. After the input for the timer time "15" is completed, write designation switch S2 is operated. The operation signal of this switch S2 is sent to the AND circuit 70 via the one shot circuit 703.
given to 4. Since the AND circuit 704 is supplied with the Q output signal of the flip-flop 719 which has been inverted by the operation of the safety switch S4 , the AND circuit 704 outputs a one-shot pulse in accordance with the operation of the switch S2 . The output signal of the AND circuit 704 is sent to the storage unit 8 as a write designation signal, and the gate of the AND circuit 801 is released. Therefore, the content of the counter 702, that is, "15" is passed through the AND circuit 801 to the first
The data is sent to the second storage area 801 and written as shown in FIG. 4b. Further, the output signal of the AND circuit 704 increments the contents of the counter 705. Therefore, the contents of the counter 705 are counted as "1", as shown in FIG. 4b. and decoder 7
06 decodes the contents of the counter 705 and outputs a signal of "1", which is applied to the AND circuit 802 in the storage section 8.

It is written sequentially each time. The counter 714 is also sequentially incremented. At this time, a match circuit 716 determines whether the contents of the counter 714 match the contents of the counter 705 or not. As a result, when a match is detected, it is found that one cycle of time has elapsed, and a match signal is given to the counter 717 to increment its contents.
The contents of 17 are supplied to the liquid crystal display section 5 via the display switching circuit 4 as cycle count value information a2 ,
