Abstract

PURPOSE:To compact the shape of the whole of an air conditioner and increase energy saving effect by a method wherein the inside of a body is partitioned by a vertical partitioning plate to form an U-shape ventilating path and a condenser, a compressor, a fan or the like are arranged in the ventilating path to form a refrigerating cycle while drain water is dripped on the condenser. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a body 1 is partitioned at the center thereof by a partitioning plate 2 to form an U-shape ventilating path consisting of a suction side path A and an exhaust side path B. A condenser 3 is arranged in the suction side path A while a liquid receiving vessel 4, a compressor 5 are arranged at the lower inside of the exhaust side path B and a fan 6, a motor 7 or the like are arranged at the upper side of the same path B. A suction port 8 is connected to an indoor side exhaust duct 10 and a suction duct 11 for introducing outside air respectively while an exhaust port 9 is connected to an outside exhaust duct 12. One end of a drain recovery pipe 15 is connected to the drain pan of an indoor side cooler (a) to introduce and drip drain onto the condenser 3 naturally. This condensing unit is arranged in respective rooms of multiple floors as one unit to constitute an air-conditioning system, in which respective condensing units are connected to the coolers in the rooms.

Usually, as a system for cooling each room in a multi-story building, most of them have condensers installed on the roofs of high places. Installed, pipe-connected to coolers placed inside each room, and further using total heat exchangers placed in each room, t7? : The heat recovery treatment method using ducts is used all at once, but as mentioned above, installing a condenser on the rooftop at a high place is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also poses the risk of collapse due to wind and rain. There are problems with durability due to sunlight and corrosion, not to mention noise pollution, and in particular, having to install a separate unit for total heat exchange in each room requires a considerable amount of space as well as electrical installation space. There are various disadvantages such as the expense involved.

As described above, the air compressor according to the present invention forms a U-shaped air passage A inside the fuselage (1), thereby providing sufficient space for arranging the refrigeration cycle equipment within the passage S. This makes it possible to make the overall shape compact, and allows all of the cooling air on the indoor side to flow through the U-shaped ventilation passage, allowing efficient heat recovery during the circulation. Since it can be obtained naturally and only completely unnecessary exhaust gas is discharged outside the room, it is extremely energy-saving and economical. Easily and easily drain the surface and drain, i19? M
It is easy to install piping as there is no need for it, and a more effective energy saving effect can be expected by using the drain from the cooler a.
