  1. 海底面に対しほぼ平行に海中に配設された第１
    電極と、前記第１電極とそれぞれ並行に順次海中
    に配設された第２電極および第３電極と、両側の
    前記第１、第３電極が低電位となり中央の前記第
    ２電極が高電位となるように、前記各電極間に電
    圧を印加する電気スクリーン発生用の電源とを備
    えた電気スクリーン発生装置。
