図であり接合工程の途中の状態を示し、第４図は
第１図の線―に沿う断面図である。第５図は
、この考案の第２の実施例を示す断面図である。
第６図は、この考案の第３の実施例を示す断面図
である。第７図は、この考案の第４の実施例を示
す断面図である。第８図は、この考案の第５の実
施例を示す断面図である。第９図は、この考案の
第６の実施例を示す断面図である。第１０図ない
し第１２図は、この考案の第７の実施例を示し、
第１０図はバーリング加工前の状態を示し、第１
１図はバーリング加工後の状態を示し、第１２図
は接合片９の先端部を折曲げた後の状態を示す。 図において、１は第１の金属薄板、２は第２の
金属薄板、３は折曲げ線、４は折重ね部分、５は
一方または他方片側（下方片側）、６は一方また
は他方片側（上方片側）、７，８は貫通孔、９は
接合片、１１は端縁部、１２はバーリングポンチ
である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 第１の金属薄板が折曲げられて形成された
    折重ね部分に第２の金属薄板が挾み込まれた状態
    で、第１の金属薄板と第２の金属薄板とが接合さ
    れる、金属薄板の接合構造において、 第１の金属薄板の折重ね部分の一方片側と第２
    の金属薄板とには、一連の貫通孔が形成され、第
    １の金属薄板の折重ね部分の他方片側には、前記
    貫通孔内に挿入される接合片が第１の金属薄板か
    ら一体に形成され、前記接合片の先端部が前記一
    方片側の外面に沿つて折曲げられてなることを特
    徴とする、金属薄板の接合構造。 (2) 前記第２の金属薄板の端縁部は、前記折重
    ね部分の折曲げ線の内側に当接する、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の金属薄板の接合構造。 (3) 前記接合片は、前記貫通孔の周縁部であつ
    て、前記折重ね部分の折曲げ線が位置する側の周
    縁部に接触する、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    または第２項記載の金属薄板の接合構造。 (4) 前記接合片は、前記貫通孔の周縁部であつ
    て、前記折重ね部分の折曲げ線が位置する側とは
    反対側の周縁部に接触する、実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項または第２項記載の金属薄板の接合構
    造。 (5) 前記接合片は、前記第１の金属薄板の一部
    を切り起こして形成したものである、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項ないし第４項のいずれかに記
    載の金属薄板の接合構造。 (6) 前記接合片は、前記第１の金属薄板の一部
    をバーリング加工して形成したものである、実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の金
    属薄板の接合構造。
