- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) エレクトロルミネツセンス素子と、 エレクトロルミネツセンス素子を気密にシール
する保護層とを含み、 前記保護層の少なくとも外表面は、ポリクロロ
トリフルオロエチレンから成り、このポリクロロ
トリフルオロエチレンの外表面を、水の接触角が
８０度未満となるように粗面化または活性化処理
することを特徴とする筆記可能なエレクトロルミ
ネツセンス発光装置。 (2) 前記接触角は、７０度未満であることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の筆
記可能なエレクトロルミネツセンス発光装置。
