- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ライン上での被測定物の厚さを測定する際に、
該被測定物と放射線厚さ計との衝突を防止するた
めの放射線厚さ計の衝突防止装置において、 周面に凸状の湾曲面を有するローラ状のガイド
部材を備え、 該ガイド部材により前記被測定物の衝突を防止
することを特徴とする放射線厚さ計の衝突防止装
置。
