るスロツトルレバー装置に関するものである。

は、スロツトルレバーを適宜な位置で保持するよ
うな機構は構造複雑で安価に製作することができ

タータハンドルとスロツトルレバーとを同時に操
作するこが厄介であつた。

て、このスロツトルレバーを弾性材料によつて形
成して設けるとともに、スロツトルレバーの外部
に、内外方向に湾曲自在の弾性部を介して一体に
固着された爪部を設け、この支持体に爪部を係脱
自在に係止する係止部を設け、この弾性部によつ
て爪部を外方向に付勢して設けるとともに、弾性
部を内方に押圧湾曲した位置において爪部が係止
部に係止してスロツトルレバーを所定の回動位置
に保持して設けることによつて、エンジンの始動
時にスロツトルレバーを適宜位置に容易に保持す
ることができるとともに、構造簡単で部品点数少
なく安価に製作することができるスロツトルレバ
ー装置を提供しようとするものである。

ある。19は合成樹脂製のスロツトルレバーで、
ピン21によつて支持体15に揺動自在に枢着さ
れている。23は一端をスロツトルレバー19に
連結し、他端を前記支持体15の1部を貫通して
スロツトル装置(図示略)に連結するスロツトル
ワイヤーで、弾機(図示せず)によつて引かれて
いる。25は弾性を備えた合成樹脂材料によりス
ロツトルレバー19の外部に内外方向に湾曲自在
の弾性部27を介してスロツトルレバー19と一
体的に形成された爪部である。爪部25は支持体
15に溝状に設けた係止部29に係脱自在に係止
するように設けられている。また、前記弾性部2
7によつて爪部25は外方向に付勢して設けられ
ている。弾性部27を内方に押圧湾曲せしめた位
置において、爪部25が係止部29に係止してス
ロツトルレバー19を所定の回動位置に保持して
いる。31はスロツトル装置(図示略)をエンジ
ン3の作動に適宜な所定の位置に調節するための
調節装置である。調節装置31はつぎのように構
成されている。すなわち、33,35はそれぞれ
調節ナツトで、調節ナツト33,35を調節する
ことによつてスロツトルワイヤー23を内部に収
容する外管37を弛緩、収縮せしめて、スロツト
ル装置(図示略)のスロツトルバルブ(図示略)
の開閉の位置を調節するものである。
