Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 集水管の外周に並設された多数本の中空糸を
環状に結束し、これら集水管および中空糸の両端
を開口させて中空糸膜モジユールを構成し、この
中空糸膜モジユールの複数本を直列かつ液密に接
続し、その終端の一方にキヤツプを液密に冠着し
て中空糸膜フイルタを構成し、この中空糸膜フイ
ルタの複数本をろ過タンク内に装着したことを特
徴とするろ過装置。 ２ 中空糸はその外径が０．５mm未満である実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のろ過装置。
