[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a flat-hatched second original photosensitive material, and its purpose is to be able to display a plurality of visually distinguishable images in a single color, thereby reducing costs. The object of the present invention is to provide a photosensitive material with a second original image having a flat screen screen, which can reduce the amount of energy used.

With the diversification of information, the content of drawings has become more complex, and it has become impossible to express them using conventional black line drawings. In addition, design is specialized in various departments,
Communicating these relationships to other departments and incorporating new designs into them increases the complexity of the drawings, making them difficult to read and reducing efficiency.Furthermore, misreading the drawings can lead to major mistakes, which can lead to fundamental design problems. This becomes a problem. For this purpose, there is a second original drawing method that uses color images. In this method, the original drawing is taken on a color second original drawing film, and a new design is drawn in black, so that the images can be visually classified by color as different information. However, if a large number of copies are to be made from this second color original and distributed to many departments, some colors cannot be reproduced due to the unique color sensitivity of some types of copying materials. Colors that are somewhat light-blocking can be distinguished even on copies by their shading, but
Depending on how the copies are printed, the image may disappear.
Its adjustment requires skill. Also, if the copy is used under ultraviolet light for a long time, the pale image will gradually disappear. When copying from a color second original drawing with high light-shielding properties, the color drawings and the black drawings added later become the same and cannot be distinguished. In addition, there are many cases where new designs are created based on the basic design from the 2nd original drawing to the 3rd and 4th original drawings, but it is impossible to reproduce colors other than colors that block light, and a large number of copies are required. It is also useless as a manuscript when printing.

In the drawings, FIG. 1 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the second original photosensitive material with flat screen meshing according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the original image exposed and developed, and FIG. A partial enlarged cross-sectional view with drawing lines drawn on it,
FIGS. 4 and 5 are partially enlarged plan views of the second original light-sensitive material with flat mesh according to the present invention, showing the state after image formation.

As shown in FIG. 1, the flat meshed second original photosensitive material of the present invention has a photosensitive layer 2 on one side of a support 1 and a trace layer 3 on the other side, and the photosensitive layer 2 is exposed with a flat screen in advance. Although the cross-sectional state thereof is shown in the exposed area 21 and unexposed area 5 in FIG. 1 for convenience of explanation, it cannot be determined with the naked eye in an undeveloped state.

If this undeveloped image is overlapped with the original image and re-exposed and developed, the solid line of the developed image will be reproduced as an image line consisting of a set of points of the developed unexposed area 51 due to the effect of the flat mesh, and its cross-sectional state will be the second one. It will look like the picture.

If a new design is drawn normally as shown in Fig. 3, the original drawing's drawing lines will be expressed as light lines 4 formed by flat mesh, and the newly drawn drawing lines 6 will be shown darkly, so as shown in Fig. 4. As shown, they can be visually separated as two types of information. Since the drawing line expressed as a set of points has the same light-shielding property as a solid line, copying from this second original drawing will have the same effect, and there will be no problem in creating the third and fourth original drawings. When producing printed matter, different information can be obtained using a single color, which reduces costs.

Furthermore, if a photosensitive material containing flat dots with different percentages and flat dots with different numbers of lines is prepared, as shown in FIG. The drawing line 8 can be additionally expressed.

That is, several types of original drawings are printed on photosensitive materials with different percentages and photosensitive materials with different numbers of lines, and are superimposed to form a second sheet.
When the original drawing is created, several types of information can be expressed using a single color, as shown in FIG.

As the second original photosensitive material, a positive-positive type photosensitive material such as a diazo type photosensitive material, a silver salt type photosensitive material, an O-quinone diazide type photosensitive material, etc. can be used.

Therefore, the photosensitive material of the present invention can grasp the relationship between two pieces of information by combining them into one page, depending on the purpose of the work such as the current situation, planning, design, completion, change, etc. Effective for expressing surrounding information and information you want to emphasize, such as land classification, upper and lower structural layers, front and back surfaces, differences in materials, water and sewer lines in roads, telephone lines, power lines, etc. This is extremely beneficial.
