- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 表示パネルと鏡面とを向きあわせて配置し
、鏡面に映し出される虚像を眺める透過反射方式
と、表示パネルを鏡面に対して垂直位置以上に開
け表示パネルの面像を直接眺める透過直視方式の
２つの機能を有する画像表示装置において、前記
表示パネルを支えるパネル部の上端に回転接続部
を介して照明装置を内蔵した照明部が接続するこ
とを特徴とする画像表示装置。 (2) 表示パネルが液晶パネルであることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の画像
表示装置。 (3) 画像表示装置がテレビであることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の画像表
示装置。 (4) 照明装置がエレクトロルミネセンスである
