Claims (1)
- 真空容器の外表面部のくびれ部に絶縁弾性材を
充填するとともに、該絶縁弾性材の外側に導電層
を設けて真空容器の外周面部を平滑な円筒形とな
し、該真空容器の外周面部に複数層のテープ材を
巻装してクツシヨンテープ層を形成し、クツシヨ
ンテープ層の外表面にコーンコーテイング層を設
け、該コーテイング層の外表面部をモールド樹脂
で被覆して構成したことを特徴とするモールド型
真空インタラプタ。
